Structured project process

Step 01Qualified initial consultation & plan review
In the first phone call, we clarify the key facts about your property. You send us your building plans and ideas so that we can prepare on a sound technical basis.
Step 02Targeted on-site inspection (free of charge)
With the prepared documents, we inspect your property on site. We analyse the building fabric, check structural and energy conditions and define your renovation goal together.
Step 03Renovation concept & transparent fixed-price calculation
Together with our partner energy adviser, we develop the most economical concept (incl. iSFP funding bonus) and hand you a transparent fixed-price calculation.
Step 04Turnkey implementation
Punctual start of construction. We manage all trades in a coordinated schedule with permanent on-site supervision until the property is ready to move into.
Step 05Formal acceptance & 5 years of security
Joint inspection with a written record, handover of all warranty documents and certificates for the release of funding, plus the 5-year statutory warranty under the German Civil Code (BGB).
