Independent quotation review & construction advice

A quotation is more than its total price. We review third-party specifications for clear quantities, missing work, interfaces and a plausible sequence so you can compare quotations on a sounder basis.

Understand first. Then commission.

A low quotation says little when key work is missing or assumptions remain unclear. We assess the available documents from an execution perspective and record questions and identifiable gaps. The scope and fee of the review are agreed beforehand; it does not replace legal advice or a full technical building survey.

What your project can include

  • Review of the described scope of work
  • Identification of missing items and potential additional costs
  • Review of the interfaces between trades
  • Assessment of assumptions, sequence and open questions

Selected details from completed work — from the construction build-up to the finished surface.

Questions about this service

Do I have to commission LOC PROJEKT afterwards?

The review and any subsequent building work are separate services. You decide the next steps after the advice. The review scope and fee are agreed before it starts.

Which documents do you need?

The full quotation and attachments, available plans, photos and a short description of the project are helpful. The agreed review determines whether further documents or a site visit are necessary.

Can you rule out all hidden costs?

No. The review can identify apparent gaps and risks in the available documents. Concealed damage or undocumented circumstances cannot be ruled out from a quotation alone.

What do you have in mind for your property?

Whether it is an entire house or a defined package of work, tell us about your property and the result you want.
