One house. One coordinated renovation plan.

A complete renovation starts with the existing building and your goals. Which rooms do you need? Which elements can be retained? Which measures belong together? The answers establish the scope, sequence of trades and a clear basis for costs and timing. A fixed price is agreed for the work defined in the contract.

What your project can include

  • Survey, strip-out and removal of existing elements
  • Layout changes and coordination of required structural design
  • Roof, facade, windows and building services
  • Interior fit-out and joint acceptance inspection

Selected details from completed work — from the construction build-up to the finished surface.

Questions about this service

What does turnkey mean for a renovation?

The agreed specification is what matters. It defines the works, fittings and handover services included in the contract, making the term clear for your particular house.

Can the whole renovation have a fixed price?

After a survey and agreement on scope, a fixed price can be set for the defined work. Concealed building damage and later changes to your requirements need a separate assessment and agreement.

Can I stay in the house during the renovation?

This depends on the extent of work, service installations and areas that remain usable. Temporary alternative accommodation is often sensible during a full strip-out. We review the options when planning the work.
