Residential ensemble in Frankfurt am Main
7,500 m² of new building envelope for an owners' association – while residents stayed in.
In Frankfurt am Main, we dismantled more than 120 tonnes of asbestos facade from the 1970s and disposed of it professionally. The demolition was followed by a ventilated curtain facade of ceramic panels (Tonality) with 180 mm thermal insulation, a 40 mm ventilation gap and 30 mm ceramic panels. We handled the survey by 3D laser scan and drone, structural calculations and installation planning, site setup and overall site management. In parallel, we renovated individual apartments in the ensemble on a turnkey basis.
